Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: July 1, 2026 · Last Updated: July 2026

PositivesConnect™ is an adults-only (18+) platform with zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. This page describes our published standards against CSAE, how users can report concerns, and how we work with authorities.

Zero Tolerance — 18+ Only

Any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors results in immediate removal, permanent account termination, and reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement.

1. Our Commitment

PositivesConnect™ is an 18+ adult dating and social connection platform. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. We prohibit, detect, remove, and report any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. These standards apply to every user, every feature, and every piece of content on our platform — profiles, photos, videos, messages, live streams, stories, and community posts.

2. Adults Only — Age Requirements

PositivesConnect™ is strictly limited to adults aged 18 and over: • Users must confirm they are 18+ during registration, and profiles display age • Access is invite-gated, limiting anonymous sign-ups • Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are suspended immediately pending review • Confirmed underage accounts are permanently terminated, all associated data is deleted, and re-registration from the same device or email is blocked If you believe a minor has created an account, report it in-app or email us immediately (see Section 6).

3. Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, reports to authorities: • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind — real, simulated, or AI-generated • Any sexualization of minors, including artwork, text, or role-play • Grooming behavior: attempting to contact, befriend, or manipulate minors • Solicitation of minors or trafficking of any person • Sharing links to CSAE content hosted elsewhere • Misrepresenting your age to appear younger than 18 or to target minors

4. In-App Reporting & Enforcement

Every user can report harmful content or behavior directly inside the app: • Report any user from their profile or from a conversation • Block any user instantly — they can no longer see or contact you • Reports are reviewed by our safety team, with priority handling for any report involving a possible minor or CSAE When CSAE content is identified we: • Remove the content and terminate the account immediately • Preserve evidence as required by law • Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement authorities • Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

5. Legal Compliance

PositivesConnect™ complies with applicable child safety laws, including: • U.S. federal law requiring providers to report apparent CSAM to NCMEC (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) • The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) — we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 • Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy for social and dating apps • Regional child protection and mandatory reporting laws where we operate

6. Child Safety Point of Contact

We maintain a designated child safety point of contact who is responsible for these standards, receives escalations, and can respond to inquiries from Google Play, law enforcement, and child safety organizations: Child Safety Contact: safety@positivesconnect.app General Support: support@positivesconnect.app Reports involving an at-risk child should also be made to local law enforcement immediately. In the U.S., you can contact NCMEC at CyberTipline.org or 1-800-843-5678.
